i sent in my crayola proof of purchases to the address, but it was returned to me saying GRIGO BOX CLOSED. Can anyone help woth a differant address from the one below, Many thanks

I’m just now getting ready to send mine in, and I’m looking at the original offer on the Frigo Cheese pkg..you have the correct address and I also double checked the exp date of 12/31/08 which is listed on the pkg itself.
Did you remember the $2 S&H?

I also had my letter returened with the same message. I mailed it on October 9, 2008, with proofs of purchase, note card in handwriting as required, and payment for Shipping & Handling. Will post what I learn after researching this.

Same situation here, I mailed mine in approx. Sept. 9 and it was returned to me on 9/22 saying ‘Box closed’. Please update if you have an answer, thanks!

I just sent my proofs of purchases in, too, and it was returned saying : post office box closed.

My offer sent in August was returned to me twice. I finally had my mother send it in from her mailbox in Sept. and I still haven’t heard from them. I know the box is not closed because I verified it by calling Crayola and also the postmaster in Prospect Heights,IL.
I am glad I am not the only one having trouble, but I don’t know where to check next since it has been 8 weeks and it says to allow 5-6 weeks.

Hi, It has been over a month and I have no crayons and my $2 check has not been cashed. I understand there must be a problem. What’s going on?
