   Do we need (do you have?) a code for the reduced shipping and free gift? I don’t see it at the site

   No codes needed. It should automatically give you the above at checkout when you meet the $$ amount.

   Thanks for finding ‘the code’ Cheryl For whatever reason, the email I received didn’t have any code *weird*. I’ve edited the post to include the code 83HLWB.
