2008 Tillamook Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest
Do you make the best macaroni and cheese you’ve ever had? Would you like $5,000 along with macaroni and cheese fame? Then it’s time you entered the 2008 Tillamook Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest.
Six finalists will be chosen to compete in the October 24th grand finale cook-off in Portland, OR (all travel expenses paid). The winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize, 25lbs of Tillamook cheese, and endless bragging rights.
The Grand prize winner will receive $5,000 cash, 25 pounds of Tillamook cheese, plus other various prizes.
First runner-up will receive $2,000 cash, 20 pounds of Tillamook cheese, plus various other prizes.
Second runner-up will receive $1,000 cash, 15 pounds of Tillamook cheese, plus various other prizes.
People’s Choice winner will receive $2,500 cash, 25 pounds of Tillamook cheese, plus various other prizes.
The deadline for online recipe submissions is Monday, July 28, 2008, at 12:01am (PST). Entries can also be mailed to Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest at 1100 SW Sixth Avenue, Suite 1425, Portland, OR 97204-1014. Mailed recipe submissions must be postmarked by Wednesday, July 23, 2008.
